medical and health care is provided by a hospital with 24 hour
emergency service, a clinic, medical flights and weekly visits by
specialists from our sister hospital in Madison.
The American College Test (ACT), which rates college-bound high school
students, ranks Wisconsin well above the national average in
education, placing the state firmly in the Number One position.
The Richland County
school system offers 6 public and 3 parochial elementary schools, a
middle school, high school and special education. A 2-year campus of
the University of Wisconsin is in the area. Vocational training is
